Peer Coaching

Validation and affirmation in a way that traditional counseling sometimes can’t offer – receive up to six coaching sessions per incident with Physician, APP, Executive, or Nurse Peer Coaches.

Sessions may cover:

  • Leadership development
  • Communication and conflict resolution
  • Change and stress management
  • Finding life balance
  • Setting limits and boundaries
  • Grief and loss support
